CEO Kimikazu Uemura gave a project introduction regarding “Recruitment of Area Management Partner for Town Management Organization Establishment at Disaster Affected Area” and held a meeting for exchange of views between representatives of the French and Japanese central and local governments.

The Task Force on Obsolescing Mansions, where CEO Kimikazu Uemura serves as vice-executive officer and Index Consulting as its executive office, held a general meeting and announced the issue of "Policy Proposal for Resolution of Obsolescing Mansions" centering on establishing a system to dissolve sectional ownership of properties.
